Acceptance of Terms
StripClubNetwork ("SCN") provides its services to you subject to the following Terms and Conditions, which may be updated by us from time to time. You can always review the latest Terms and Conditions on this webpage. In addition, certain services may be subject to additional Terms and Conditions, which in such cases are made available at the services' principal webpage.

Description of Service
SCN provides users with access to a rich collection of services, resources, tools and content through our network of properties which may be accessed through various mediums and devices, such as websites, mobile phones, PDAs and smart devices, and other known and unknown mediums and devices. Provision of services to you by SCN may include delivery of advertisements, which are necessary in order for SCN to maintain a high level of quality of services. SCN may also communicate with you in order to notify you of changes to services, provide you with administrative messages and other crucial information. These communications are part of the services themselves, and you will not be able to opt out of them at a later time.

You understand that all services are provided as-is, with no warranties whatsoever, not even implied warranties of usability and merchantability. You also understand that SCN assumes no responsibility for timeliness, deletion, accuracy, delivery, accountability or storage of any kind, in regards to any data associated with the services. You are responsible for obtaining access to the services, which may include subscription fees for internet access and mobile service.

Please be aware that all of SCN services may contain adult or mature content. You must be at least 18 years of age in order to accesss the services.

Your Obligations
In consideration of your use of SCN services, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and that you are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of the United States or any other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself when registering for any service, to the best of your ability. If you provide information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, or SCN has reasonable grounds to believe such information was provided, SCN reserves the right to suspend or terminte your account and any access to a service and refuse you any and all current or future use of the service.

Privacy Policy
Registration data and certain other information about you is subject to our Privacy Policy. You understand that through the use of any service provided by SCN, you consent to the collection and use, as set forth in the Privacy Policy, of this information, including the transfer of this information to the United States and/or other countries for storage, processing and use by SCN and our affiliates.

Submitted Content
SCN does not claim ownership of Content that you submit, upload, transfer or make available through the use of any of the services provided to you. However, with respect to any Content that you submit, upload, transfer or make available within the SCN collection of services, you grant SCN the following worldwide, royalty-free and non-exclusive license to use, distribute, reproduce, modify, adapt, publicly perform and publicly display such Content through the SCN collection of services, for the purpose of which such Content was submitted or made available. This license only exists for as long as you chooses to submit, publish or make available such Content and will terminate at the time you remove or SCN removes such Content from the SCN collection of services.

Limitation of Liability
You expressly understand and agree that SCN and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners and licensors shall not be liable to you for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses, even if SCN has been advised of the possibility of such damages or losses.
